Our training sessions are designed for shippers and manufacturers of articles and substances that meet the definition of Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods, Airline acceptance staff, FAA Repair Stations, Indirect Air Carriers and or Forwarding Agents to name a few. Each participant will be able to perform their assigned duties in compliance with the Hazardous Material Regulations of the US DOT, IATA DGR and ICAO Technical Instructions and/or the IMDG Code.

Train-The-Trainer Training

In a 6 hour training session we will train a designated employee of your company to train your warehouse personnel, drivers, and staff in a two (2) hour session to comply with DOT (49 CFR §172.704(a)-(d)), EPA (40 CFR 311.1) and OSHA’s GHS under the revised Hazardous Communication Standard (HCS 29 CFR 1910.1200) which includes methods and procedures for avoiding accidents, measures to protect the employees in the work place, proper disposal of hazardous materials as well as their responsibilities as an employee. We will provide you with all the training materials and certifications.

AIR – Initial and Recurrent Training, (IATA/ICAO and HMR)

The Initial Training session is a three day training seminar. After completing and passing the final examination, these participants will be able to properly use the Hazardous Material Regulations of the US DOT and the Dangerous Goods Regulations of IATA. The Recurrent Training is a one day training seminar. This will be a refresher course to keep the trainees up to date with any and all changes made in these regulations.

OCEAN Training (IMDG CODE and HMR)

This ocean Training class uses The Hazardous Material Regulations and the International Maritime Organization IMDG Code to focus on the safe handling of dangerous goods and transportation by ground and ocean. After completing and passing the final examination, these participants will be able to properly use the Hazardous Material Regulations of the US DOT and the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code.
