A person offering a hazardous material for transportation must provide an emergency response telephone number for use in the event of an emergency involving the hazardous material before it is offered for transportation as mandated by US Department of Transportation Hazardous Material Regulation 49CFR>> 

OSHA HCS Emergency Response Telephone number

Safety Data Sheets (SDS), formerly known as MSDS, must include an emergency phone number as required by the US Department of OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard>> 

SDS PREPARATION

Our Team is ready to prepare an SDS or convert MSDS to SDS. The Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) requires chemical manufacturers, distributors, or importers to provide Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) (formerly known as Material Safety Data Sheets or MSDSs) to communicate the hazards of hazardous chemical products. As of June 1, 2015, the HCS will require new SDSs to be in a uniform format. OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard>>
